International Open Large Coed Level 5 is one of the most anticipated divisions to watch each year at The Cheerleading World Championship. The teams are packed with current and former college athletes that continue to bring their elite skills and technique to the mat each year. 


In 2016, Cheer Athletics Wildcats took the Int. Open Large Coed 5 championship title as well as earning the highest score of the World championship! Wildcats has dominated the division for years but CheerForce Nfinity upset the Wildcats to take the championship title back in 2015.

The California All Stars - Ghost Recon and The Stingray All Stars Electric, half year team, shared the Worlds podium with Cheer Athletics in 2016. Electric is now in the Small Coed division but Ghost Recon is guaranteed to be top contender again in this division.

The Rolling Stones from Rockstar Cheer dominated the division at CHEERSPORT Nationals with a final score of 96.67 over Cheer Omega All-Stars Omicron in second and Cheer Athletics - Austin Black Diamond in third.

The Wildcats showed they are on the prowl for another World Championship title after taking home the crown at NCA All Star Nationals. CheerForce Nfinity stayed on their heels for a close second followed by an impressive routine from Spirit of Texas Reign in third place.

Top Gun All Stars 005 is another squad to watch that has improved as the season progressed with a fourth-place finish at NCA All-Star and first place at the UCA International All Star Championship.

This entire division is known for their seamless choreography, creative transitions and innovative visual elements. With so many elite teams in the division this season, it will be exciting to see who will leave it all out the Final's mat in Orlando, FL at The Cheerleading Worlds April 29 - May 1.
