25x World Champions, PACE Elite Closes Doors
The all star dance community is saddened by the news that after 24 years, PACE Elite All-Stars is closing its doors.

PACE -- which stands for Positive Attitude Changes Everything -- was one of the most competitive studios in the dance world with an incredible 25 World Championship wins since they first attended the inaugural Dance Worlds in 2007.

With over 30 years in the cheer and dance industry, world renowned and highly decorated owners Dan Sapp and Mike Reynolds have decided to close the studio for good. These athletes will have to move on to other teams in the area to continue their dance training.

Mike Reynolds posted the news on Facebook September 9, 2017.

We are not going to be disappearing at all but there comes a time to take on new experiences. It's our time for new adventures and we are excited to start this new chapter in our lives. . . We promise that our future endeavors will be as exciting and creative as they have always been and hope that many of you will continue to be a part of our world.

It is the end of an era as the Westminster, California, studio says farewell. PACE has been building talented athletes for 20 years and is easily one of the best -- not just on the west coast, but in the world. The studio has earned a Worlds podium finish every year since 2007, never taking home fewer than two globes.

PACE Elite was also honored with the opportunity to represent the U.S. National Pom & Jazz team at the ICU World Cheerleading Championships in 2012; they earned Gold in both divisions.

At the 2017 Dance Worlds, PACE won first place in Open Coed Pom, as well as two silver medals in Large Senior Pom and Small Senior Pom and two bronze globes in Open Coed Jazz and Open Pom

Saying goodbye never gets easier. Seeing all star gyms and studios close their doors is always hard. We hope that bonds made between the PACE athletes and coaches remain strong and the memories live on as these talented dancers look for a new place to call home.

PACE, your mission will never be forgotten. We encourage a moment of all star love and support for those who were lucky enough to know PACE Elite.

Stay POSITIVE dance world.
