FloCheer's 5 Favorite Moments From The Top Gun Showcase

Whether it was the reigning world champions ready to defend their title or a new team taking the mat for the first time, we knew the teams from Top Gun All-Stars were going to bring it at their 2019 Fall Showcase.

All the Top Gun teams looked incredible, but we wanted to fill you in on some of our favorite moments from the exciting day.

Here are FloCheer's five favorite moments from the Top Gun Showcase:

1. TGLC proving they will be that team in 2020.

We got chills watching TGLC put on a jaw-dropping first performance at their showcase. The Senior Large Coed team unleashed all the creative TGLC choreography we know and love with the addition of high-flying stunts and creative pyramids we've never seen before.

We aren't sure how we've gone this long without TGLC performing at Top Gun-themed routine, but we are so glad they finally did! While the Karate Kid themed routine last season was a lot of fun, this theme just feels right.

Their new pyramid is a must-watch, so be sure to stick around to the end of the routine to watch every last detail of their incredible choreography.

2. Woman Jags making their debut as a team.

This season, Top Gun is taking on a new division, Senior Open All Girl Level 6. The new team, Woman Jags, is made up of many athletes who had been on Lady Jags in previous years so they have experience and know what it takes to put a winning routine on the mat.

Woman Jags' routine is already so fun to watch and you can tell how loved these athletes are just by watching their coaches go wild when they hit their elites.

3. Lady Jags serving up confidence, swag, and lots of difficulty.

The team is putting a lot of focus on increasing their tumbling and stunt difficulty for 2020. LJ opens their new routine with more than 10 standing fulls and their elite section features inverts, high to high tick-tocks and low to high double arounds.

Watch their routine then watch this video of the LJ coaches losing their minds as the athletes hit their routine.

4. Top Gun Angels Starting The Season Strong

The Senior Open Small Coed Level 6 team from the Top Gun Orlando location kicked off their season looking stronger than ever! It's November and stunts are already hitting to the top. We loved the creative transitions into their elite stunts and their beautiful basket technique is a must-see.

Looking forward to watching Top Gun Angels take the floor at the first competition!

5. Watching the reigning World Champs take the mat for the first time since going back-to-back.

The newly renamed Top Gun Double O never fails to entertain, and it was great to see so many familiar faces back on the mat this season. The team is made up of 12 returners to the team, five returners to the program, and seven brand-new athletes.

With highly skilled flyers who capture your attention with their showmanship and the addition of Blake Forry's flawless tumbling, Double O's new routine keeps you engaged from beginning to end.
