ICE Hits The Practice Mat Before Heading To NCA

The ICE All Stars check in to Spirit of Texas in Coppell for a final practice before taking the mat at NCA All-Star Nationals. All four of their Worlds teams were in attendance, and we were able to get some shots of ICE Lady Lightning and Weather Girls as they cleaned up their routines for the competition.

The coaches and gym owners, Darlene Fanning and Shannon Young told us about NCA week and their teams.
