  • Plank high fives:
    • 20 total
    • Hold for one minute
  • Resistance bicep curls
    • 2 sets of 10
  • Resistance tricep pulls 
    • 2 sets of 10
  • Inclined push ups
    • 2 sets of 10
  • Partner plank variations
    • 10 alternation plank push ups
    • 5 simultaneous partner push ups
    • 5 leg lift push ups
