These creative exercises are great for stunt partners, team mates and friends alike. All you need is an open area and a friend.

Try this quick, but challenging set of exercises to maximize partner timing, communication and fitness.

20 minute partner workout:

  • Push downs
    • 20 per partner
    • Advanced: Push down side to side
  • Twist and touch
    • 20 twists on the right
    • 20 twists on the left
  • Sit up and touch
    • 10 full sit ups with a high five
  • Burpee tuck jumps
    • 5-10 - you can also start with these for a full body warm up!
