All You Need To Know: L6 Limited Coed Small At The 2024 Cheerleading Worlds

Road To Worlds: Rival Athletics Sr. Strange

The L6 Limited Coed Small division has been on the rise ever since it was first introduced at the beginning of the 2021-2022 season. Teams made history by competing in the Limited divisions for the first time at the 2022 Cheerleading Worlds. The division continues to grow with some teams who have been competing since the first year, to other teams who have joined in as the years went on. The Limited divisions are reserved for programs represented by only one team at The Cheerleading Worlds.

Famous Superstars GOLD made history as they were crowned the first-ever World Champions in the L6 Limited Coed small division at the 2022 Cheerleading Worlds. GOLD has been competing in the division ever since. They finished as Silver Champions at the 2023 Cheerleading Worlds, and have had another successful season in 2024.

In 2023, University Cheer Force Firestorm entered the division and found plenty of success. Firestorm put their name on the map as they were named the 2023 World Champions. Firestorm is back this season hoping to defend their title.

However, a new team entered the division this season that has made a statement all season long. Rival Athletics Sr. Strange has quickly found success in this incredibly talented division. It's Sr. Strange's second season as a team, but their first year competing in this division. In 2022, Sr. Strange competed in L6 Limited XSmall/Small All Girl and finished in 8th Place at The Cheerleading Worlds. This year, the team has been hard at work picking up huge wins at NCA All-Star Nationals, CHEERSPORT All Star Nationals, ASC King of the Jungle, & more.

As of now, 20 teams are set to compete in the L6 Limited Small Coed division at the 2024 Cheerleading Worlds. Who will be crowned World Champions and stand at the top of the podium this April? Watch it all unfold LIVE on FloCheer!
