How to Turn Pokémon Go into a Circuit Workout!
Need to get through your daily workout, but gotta catch 'em all? We totally get it, and have the answer to your Pokémon prayers. Find a local park, grab your phone, a water bottle and a friend, it's time to hit to some Poké stops and get your workout on.

Egg Hatching = Cardio 

A good warm up is a must, and in order to hatch your eggs you've got to make some moves. Set a goal to hatch one egg before stopping to catch Pokémon. Unless you see a rare, high level Charizard, of course...Catch 'em then move along to hatch those eggs!

2.0 Km Egg: 1.243 miles
5.0 Km Egg: 3.11 miles
10.0 Km Egg: 6.2 miles

Poké Catching = Abs

If you're near a stop with a lure, you'll probably be catching a lot of Pokémon. Once you catch each one, find a spot to get some abs in. 

Exercises
Pidgey: 10 full sit ups
Rattata: 10 V-ups
Caterpie: 10 straight leg raises
Eevee: 10 Russian twists 
Venonat: 10 straddle V-ups
Magmar: 20 full sit ups
Dragonite: 20 V-ups
Snorlax: 20 Russian twists
Pikachu: 20 straight leg raises
All others: 10 crunches each

Poké Stops = Arms

Just because you're stopping to get some goods, doesn't mean you have to stop your workout! Poké Stops are the perfect place to get in some arms!

Perform one of these at each stop, then repeat!
10 push ups
30 second straight arm plank
30 second bent arm plank
10 dips (find a nearby park bench)

Pokémon Gym Visit = Legs

Your Pokémon are ready to compete? Then get ready for a leg work out!

Battling (not your team's gym)
WIN: 10 jump squats
LOSS: 5 burpees


Training (your team's gym)
WIN: 10 walking lunges
LOSS: 10 backward walking lunges
*5 on each leg
