Hundreds of the nation's best college cheerleaders, dancers, and mascots are ready to head to Daytona Beach, Florida to leave it all on stage and prove The Work Is Work It.

Routines have been months in the making and will be put to the ultimate test April 6-8th at the 2023 NCA & NDA College National Championship.

Here is everything you need to know to watch the 2023 NCA & NDA College National Championship live this week on Varsity TV.

Who Will Reclaim The Title In 2023?

The competition was fierce in each division last year at the 2022 NCA & NDA College National Championship. 

Will any of the returning champions be able to repeat in 2023? That's the big question cheer and dance fans are asking heading into this week in Daytona Beach, Florida - and the best part is you can watch it all unfold LIVE on Varsity TV!

NCA College Partner Stunt Preview

On top of team practices, Coed and All Girl Partner Stunt groups have been putting in extra work all season long to compete for the bragging rights of the best partner stunt couple or group in the nation.

The athletes had to submit a video of their routine by January 20th and were then ranked by a panel of judges. The minute-long routines are judged on execution, technique, skill difficulty, variety of transitions, and overall effect.

The top routines were selected to compete on the Bandshell on Saturday, April 8th at the 2023 NCA & NDA College Cheerleading National Championship!

In 2022, Elsa and Matt from Weber State University claimed the NCA Coed Partner Stunt National Championship title with a jaw-dropping routine and a final score of 98.7222. 

Fun Fact: Elsa and Matt made history in 2022 claiming both the UCA and NCA Partner Stunt title in the same season!

Ral, Melissa, Katie, and Destiny from the University of West Georgia hit a zero-deduction routine to secure the All Girl Group Stunt National Championship title with a final score of 96.8889, more than two points above the rest of the competition!
