Studio Spotlight September: Meet The Dance Vault All Stars & KC Collective

FloDance is shining light on incredible All Star dance programs that help elevate the All Star space and build champion athletes on and off the floor. The Story of The Dance Vault All Stars:

"We started our All Star program in 2023-2024 to build a stronger and safer foundation for our dancers, with a focus based on training. We wanted to offer dancers all avenues of dance under one roof. We offer the convention and All Star route (the first studio in our area to do this). We want dancers to have the opportunity to participate in both sides and prepare for their future in the best way possible. We started our Worlds Team in 2024-2025 as our program grew. We wanted to offer dancers the chance to go to worlds while still being able to be involved in their school programs. We are truly a community team with dancers from all over our area who come together for Worlds.

We have been in the All Star world for over 10 years. Previously coaches at Dancin Bluebonnets, many of us are travel choreographers, as well as All Star coaches. We work for Bre Choreography Management and Tribe 99. We have a large variety of background in dance- from college dance team national champions (UDA and NDA), to professional work on national commercials for Apple, Sour Patch Kids, The Disney Channel, etc. We love using our different backgrounds to help our dancers pursue their dreams.

In our first year as a program, we brought home a Summit title. It was very exciting and tons of hard work went into that moment as our dancers fought all year to climb. In our first year as a Worlds team, our Senior Large jazz went undefeated (Encore, CPD battle and nationals, NDA). At Worlds we won 2nd, 3rd and 4th as a first year team, which was incredibly exciting to see our hard work pay off! We are excited and honored to be invited to The Dance Majors this season after only one year as a team!"
