The Story of Indiana Ultimate:

Indiana Ultimate grew from owner Pam Slagle’s lifelong passion for cheerleading and her belief that the sport can help young athletes become strong, capable, and responsible adults. After many years of coaching at NorthWood High School, Pam and business partner Susie Eakle founded Indiana Ultimate in 2006. The program attended the Cheerleading Worlds the following year and has returned every year since. Pam became the sole owner in 2013, with her husband, Rob, joining as General Manager and Program Director. Indiana Ultimate made history in 2019 as the first Indiana gym to win a World Championship title! Today, Indiana Ultimate remains a family-centered program dedicated to developing exceptional athletes while instilling honesty, integrity, leadership, teamwork, commitment, and hard work. At Indiana Ultimate, it has always been about far more than cheerleading—it is about preparing young people for life.

We got our gym colors from owner Pam's eyes - One is blue and one is green.
We have a gym dog
We are in our 21st season
We’ve been in our building now for 13 years
Indiana Ultimate was the first gym in the state of Indiana to bring home a World Championship title
Owner Pam Slagle is also a NICU nurse

What Makes The Program Special:

We are truly a family. We want to create incredible athletes, but also incredible humans. We’ve grown a lot over the years, but that doesn’t change the family feeling you get as soon as you walk into the gym.

What They're Looking Forward to This Season:

We are looking forward to putting our routines together! There is a new energy in the gym with getting our stunt choreography earlier this season, and we are beyond ready to see what a difference it makes in our preparation going into comp season!
