FloDance is shining light on incredible All Star dance programs that help elevate the All Star space and build champion athletes on and off the floor. Up next is AZ Aces Worlds Dance Team!

The Story of AZ Aces Worlds Dance Team: 

"Aces was founded by the owner of Dance Team Project and two choreographers that graduated from the ASU Dance Team in 2013. The owners had never competed or coached for any Worlds teams prior to creating the Aces team and had to learn everything about Worlds from YouTube.

Aces was founded in 2020 when the world shut down during Covid. The owners/founders decided to create a team that would provide dancers in college the opportunity to still train and compete at a high level. The founders still coach the team today and have expanded the team from 11 dancers to over 45!

We are a non-traditional All Star team that meets once a week to practice. Our team is compromised of dancers from all over the Phoenix Valley on different studio and high school teams. We come together from so many different training facets and find commonality through our love for dance and competition. We are proud to be the first All Star Team established in Arizona!"

FloDance congratulates AZ Aces Worlds Dance Team on their incredible success and wishes them good luck as they prepare for the season ahead! Their biggest goal is to continue showing more confidence on the Worlds stage. They are looking forward to learning all of their competition routines through November and officially starting weekly practices in December!
