Top Gun Takes Top Spot: IOSC 6

Talk about talent… did you see the International Open Small Coed division at The 2017 Cheerleading Worlds? The three teams that advanced to represent the USA all ended their season on the podium last month in Orlando, FL!

The 2016 IOSC6 world champions, GymTyme Jade, weren't able to repeat, but they did stay on the podium as the 2017 bronze medalists! GymTyme's Level 6 teams always do a great job of hitting difficult Level 6 skills. Jade stunned the crowd with their back handspring full-ups and assortment of inversion skills that added a wow factor to their choreography.

California All Stars Reckless advanced into finals sitting in first but unfortunately had a fall in their closing performance. Even with this deduction, they still had the difficulty that they needed to be the runners-up and earn the silver! Reckless did a great job of maxing out on the scoresheet with their coed skills. They did a variety of transitions and impressive ball-up full-ups!

Top Gun SICk 6 took home the title of world champions! They hit each skill with technique and confidence, all while making the routine look fun and easy. It was everything that you would expect to see in Top Gun choreography with bold Level 6 pyramids!
