At what age is it too early to start training inverts? If some tiny cheerleaders can master a full by the age of 9, inversions are no problem.

Reese from Meridian, Mississippi, got to train with 2017 USA Coed World champion and Alabama cheerleader Ben Ingallina and stuck a one-arm invert!
