The Queens from F5 are reinventing themselves this season — from their look to the style of their routine.

Fans have been buzzing on social media wondering what F5 has planned for this season. Word got out that we'd be seeing a themed routine from F5 for the first time in a long time. What is that theme you ask?

Drum roll please....

BASEBALL!

Baseball for a cheerleading routine? You better believe it! The ladies of F5 are prepared to knock it out of the park this season. Maryland Twisters owner Tara Cain shared that to fully understand the angle, fans will have to see it. The choreography and new uniforms will perfectly align the theme and leave fans with a memorable impression. 

This isn't the first time that F5 has done a themed routine. 

"We have attempted themes in the past," Cain said. "None were done well enough to be effective."

She continued:

But our one constant theme is being the queens. The divas of F5. That has stuck with us from the beginning. This year’s theme is going all the way. From the music to the choreography to the uniform.

FUN FACT: The baseball theme was created because coach True was a former softball player! While brainstorming for a theme, sports was thrown into the mix of suggestions. Because of True's background and knowledge of baseball, she wanted to make it a specific sport that could be portrayed through creative choreography.
