If you're looking to watch a routine this season that will absolutely SPICE up your life...then you must watch Vancouver Ice Queens' routine!

Ice Queens decided that this season they would embrace the strength of being an all girl team by bringing girl power to the mat. This team's biggest strength is their ability to perform. They took it to the next level this season as they choreographed an entertaining Spice Girls themed routine.

Early in the season, the coaches didn't know how they would be able to top their 2017 Elsa themed routine. They did more than just top it, they've reinvented the iconic 90's girl band craze and brought it straight to the cheer world.

As the coaches brainstormed ways to make a memorable routine in 2018, Coach Ashley, a big Spice Girls fan, had the brilliant idea to simply add and "Sp" in front of Ice Queens. That was the moment that the Ice Queens became the Spice Queens.

Without using any Spice Girls music in their routine, the coaches used strategic choreography to allow all 5 Spice Girls to be portrayed while allowing the athletes to snap into character and show their personalities.

Throughout the routine, each Spice Girl appears with tactic choreography and a few costume props. Each girl that plays one of the characters has a skirt that represents the that Spice Girl.

After seeing this creative masterpiece come to life, the Ice Queens were given extra words of encouragement that they never imagined they'd receive. THE Ginger Spice herself, Geri Halliwell, direct messaged Ice Queen's team Ginger and gave her her blessing to reinvent Ginger Spice while being herself.

This Ice Queens will be a must watch team at Worlds 2018! Until then, you can watch them LIVE on Varsity TV February 24, 2018 at NCA All-Star Nationals in Dallas, TX. Ice Queens will compete in the Level 5 International Open division in the Arena at 7:10 PM CT.
