The First-Ever XSmall World Champions Will Be Crowned

History will be made in 2018 as the first-ever Senior XSmall teams will be crowned at The Cheerleading Worlds 2018.

The new XSmall divisions were announced at the beginning of the season when USASF announced their 2017-19 rule changes. An XSmall team can consist of 5-14 athletes and must be the only Worlds team from the program attending the world championship.

With the smaller team size coaches and choreographers must get creative to create a larger-than-life routine. Who will earn the first-ever Senior XSmall world championship titles?

Cheer Express Allstars Miss Silver has dominated the division this season taking titles at CHEERSPORT, NCA All-Star Nationals, and UCA All Star to ultimately be named Varsity All Star Triple Crown champions.

Miss Silver is no stranger to the Worlds mat, as they competed in the Senior Small division in 2017, but after losing multiple athletes to injury, Miss Silver decided to give the new division a shot in 2018.

Will Miss Silver continue their winning season and be crowned the first-ever XSmall World champions?

Cheer Fusion Allstars Perfect Storm made their XSmall debut earing a major win early in the season at The Cheer Alliance Championship. The Virginia team took second place that same weekend at WSF Louisville behind CJA Bombshells, who is actually competing in the Senior Small division at Worlds.

The talented team continued to hold their own all season long before earning their paid bid at UCA All Star in March.

Can Cheer Fusions' routine be the "perfect storm" to win them a globe at Worlds?

Green Bay Elite All-Stars Lime has been on everyone's XSmall radar this season as they've placed in the top three at WSF Louisville, JAMfest Cheer Super Nationals, and NCA All-Star Nationals.

Lime fell just short of finals at Worlds 2017 but their experience competing in the Senior Small division at Worlds should give them a major confidence boost as they take on the championship in 2018.

Will Lime continue their top-three success with a globe at Worlds 2018?

Another team to watch in the new division is Cheer St. Louis Archangels. The Midwest team started their season off with a big win at America's Best Kansas City and fought hard all year long claiming fourth at JAMfest Cheer Super Nationals where they earned their bid to Worlds.

Crimson Heat 5Alarm, River City All Stars Lady Sizzle, Luxe Cheer Lady Legends, SKKY Allstars REIGN, Star Athletics Senior Red, and Indiana Elite Black Reign are just a few of the other incredible XSmall teams who’ve earned a Worlds bid in the XSmall division.
