Champion Cheer Is Ready To Light Up The Stage At Gold Gala

We have a big weekend of all star cheer ahead of us as multiple gyms will be debuting their first performances of the season at their fall showcases.

After Cheer Athletics teams wrap up their 2018 Blue Debut showcase this Saturday in the Curtis Culwell Center, the action doesn't stop because best of the best from Champion Cheer will take the stage for their annual Gold Gala!

The FloCheer team will be on site to bring you a first look at all of the Champion Cheer teams this weekend starting at 5:45 PM CT.

We are so excited to see the brand-new routines from Heat, Ember, Fury Fusion, and all the Champion Cheer teams but what is going to make the Gold Gala even more memorable is the gym's mission off the mat.

Champion Cheer has two great community service projects planned for their showcase to coincide with their "Be The Light" initiative.

If you are joining us for Gold Gala, bring donations of NEW adult sized socks and blankets to benefit the Fort Worth homeless community. Boxes will be located at the entrance of the Curtis Culwell Center for you to drop off your donations.

Champion Cheer also requested that everyone bring a flashlight! During all performances, spectators can shine their flashlights as they jump, yell, and cheer on the teams. Every light that shines represents some supporting their athletes. After the showcase is complete, the flashlights will be collected and donated to different organizations in need.

Let’s start this weekend and continue to #BeTheLight in our communities this season!
