Senior Medium Madness: What To Expect At Worlds

The time of year we’ve all been waiting for is almost here! The Cheerleading Worlds 2019 is the most anticipated competition of the season and although you’ve been following your favorite teams throughout the year, anything can happen on the Worlds mat. 

FloCheer is going to break down all 22 divisions so that you will know what to expect in Orlando, Florida!

Senior Medium Level 5


Division History

The Senior Medium Level 5 madness is REAL this season, and we can hardly wait to see these teams take the stage at The Cheerleading Worlds! Last year, 21 teams took on the division with ten making it to the final round. The Senior Medium division gets more intense year after year and this season is nothing short of incredible so far.

GOLD: Top Gun All Stars - Lady Jags

The Top Gun All Stars Lady Jags left it all out on the mat last season at The Cheerleading Worlds and they had what it took to come out on top as World Champions! The team started off in a straight line leading into creative choreography that flowed through an incredibly difficult routine. Lady Jags had the crowd on their feet after completing their high energy dance.

SILVER: FAME All Stars - Super Seniors

FAME All Stars Super Seniors had some SUPER talent packed into their routine from 2018! From their stunts and tumbling to their choreography and transitions, there wasn't a dull moment during their routine. Their flashy stunts were solid and had the audience entertained from beginning to end.

BRONZE: The Stingray All Stars Marietta - Peach

The Stingray All Stars Marietta Peach gave the world a Peach Smack in 2018 after globing in the top three! The team showcased a huge variety of stunts and strong tumbling throughout their routine that was top three worthy! Their entertaining transitions in their stunts made their skills look even more flawless and we can't wait to watch them this season.

Spirit of Texas A-Team stepped it up at CHEERSPORT Nationals this season and took home the title! FAME All Stars Super Seniors claimed second place with The Stingray Allstars Peach in third. Will A-Team crack the top three this season at The Cheerleading Worlds? 

NCA All-Star Nationals 2019

East Celebrity Elite - Bombshells

ECE Bombshells dominated the Senior Medium division at NCA All-Star Nationals this season and they performed a routine that was nothing shy of first place! Following behind them in second was Spirit of Texas A-Team and The Stingray Allstars Peach in third place. Does East Celebrity Elite Bombshells have what it takes to be crowned World Champions?

UCA International All-Star Championship 2019

Top Gun All Stars - Lady Jags

The UCA International All-Star Championship was a good run for the Top Gun All Stars Lady Jags in their hometown state of Florida! The team put on a performance that had the HP Field House on their feet. Will the Lady Jags go back-to-back at The Cheerleading Worlds 2019?

It’s Canada Day and what better time to highlight and celebrate some of our favorite Canadian teams! At The Cheerleading Worlds 2019, many of teams traveled South from Canada to compete against the best teams from all around the globe. 11 of those teams took home globes with four leaving as World Champions! We love how our sport is growing more and more each year, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for cheerleading.
