5 Post-Competition Things Only An All Star Cheerleader Would Understand

Walking into an All Star cheerleading competition is unlike anything else. The energy is through the roof as athletes, parents, and fans shuffle about the convention center to get a front-row seat to watch their favorite teams perform.

In honor of the start of competition season, we put together a list of 5 post-competition things only an All Star cheerleader would understand!

1. Your Hair Doesn’t Move When You Take Out Your Hair Tie

With the amount of hairspray and bobby pins you put in your hair, brushing your hair out seems almost impossible!

2. You Have To Use Two Makeup Wipes

From your lipstick and mascara to your perfectly blended eyeshadow, one make-up wipe just isn’t going to cut it!

3. You Find Bobby Pins Everywhere

Taking your hair out after putting it up for competitions can only mean one thing: pins, pins, and more bobby pins… everywhere!

4. You Might Get A Few Stares In Public

You get the weirdest looks from people when you go out in public with your uniform, makeup and bow still on. But hey, cheerleaders need their post-competition fuel!

5. There Is Nothing Better Than Changing Into A T-Shirt

After a long day in your uniform, there is nothing better than changing into the comfy competition t-shirt you bought earlier that day!
