While we always love to talk about the latest skills and the trophies, being an All Star is about so much more than the placements you receive at a competition. It's about the impact you make on your gym and your community. 

That's why the USASF created the #ThisIsAllStar campaign to help shine a light on the athletes and coaches who are making a difference on and off the mat.

This past weekend, hundreds of athletes competed for titles at the 2019 All Star Challenge: Battle Under The Big Top in Atlanta, Georgia. We were blown away by the talent we saw on the stage, but we are even more amazed by a special moment that was caught after the awards ceremony for the Large Senior Coed Level 6 division.

Carson Reardon from Top Gun TGLC was taking pictures in the convention center when a young fan from Midwest Cheer Elite came up to him. After talking with her and taking pictures, he decided to give her his championship jacket.

This act of kindness did not go unnoticed, and that's we wanted to shout out Carson for showing what All Star is all about!
