Everything you need to know before watching the L6 Senior XSmall Division face off at The Cheerleading Worlds 2022.
The time of year we’ve all been waiting for is almost here! The Cheerleading Worlds 2022 is the most anticipated competition of the season and although you’ve been following your favorite teams throughout the year, anything can happen on The Cheerleading Worlds mat!
FloCheer is going to break down every division at The Cheerleading Worlds so that you will know what to expect in Orlando, Florida.
L6 Senior XSmall
Division History
This is only the third year that teams from the L6 XSmall division will compete at The Cheerleading Worlds. The division debuted in 2018 and nobody knew how truly exciting this division was going to be!
Cheer Express Allstars Miss Silver was crowned the first-ever L6 Senior XSmall World Champions in 2018, Cheer Central Suns Lady Suns claimed gold the following year, and Fearless from PCM Irine topped the division in 2021.
The XSmall division has become as competitive as ever and we can’t wait to see what teams have in store for us this season at The Cheerleading Worlds 2022!
The Cheerleading Worlds 2021 Results
GOLD: Pacific Coast Magic – Irvine - Fearless
Final Score: 137.3
Pacific Coast Magic Irvine Fearless claimed the top spot in the L6 Senior XSmall division making them your 2021 World Champions! The team opened with strong standing and running tumbling sections and they continued to wow the crowd throughout the rest of their routine and ultimately came out on top!
Will Fearless be the first L6 Senior XSmall team to go back-to-back or will there be a new champion crowned? Check out their routine from 2021!
SILVER: The California All Stars - Mesa – Vixens
Final Score: 136.8
The Vixens from The California All Stars Mesa took home the silver medal in the L6 Senior XSmall in 2021!
All season long the west coast team wowed the crowd with their show-stopping transitions and fierce performance skills so their strong podium finish was no surprise.
BRONZE: University Cheer Force – Firestorm
Final Score: 134.65
Rounding out the top three in the Senior XSmall division is University Cheer Force Firestorm! Their fast-paced routine drew in the crowd while they entertained us with their choreography and skills!
Fun Fact: UCF Firestorm made history in 2018 as they were named the first-ever L6 Senior XSmall Coed World Champions!
2021 - 2022 Season Recap
Here’s a look back at some of the winners from the Level 6 Senior XSmall division from this season's major events! Will these teams medal at The Cheerleading Worlds 2022? We can’t wait to watch these incredible teams take the Worlds floor!
JAMfest Cheer Super Nationals
The Stingrays All Stars - Lady Rev
The Stingrays All Stars Lady Rev is taking on the Senior XSmall division for the first time and have had a great season so far! The team took home first place at JAMfest Cheer Super Nationals putting on a shows topping routine followed by Cheer Express All Stars Miss Silver in second and WIDC Lady Hail taking third.
The MAJORS
At The MAJORS 2022, SC Cheer Fearless, formerly PCM, took home first place scoring a 90.88 and wowing the crowd with a phenomenal routine! Coming in second was Cheer Central Suns Lady Suns with a 90.2 and finishing in third was The California All Stars Vxens scoring an 89.67.
CHEERSPORT National All Star Cheerleading Championship
Elite Cheer Stars performed an incredible eye-catching routine at the 2022 CHEERSPORT National All Star Championship! The team showcased beautiful tumbling earning them first place! The California All Stars Vixen came in second behind Stars while Cheer Express All Stars Miss Silver took home third!
NCA All-Star National Championship
Your 2021 World Champions, SC Cheer Fearless, took home the top spot at the 2022 NCA All-Star National Championship! Will they be able to keep this winning season alive and go back-to-back this April? We can't wait to find out!
The California All Stars Mesa Vixens came in second with ATA GeneSIX behind them in third.
UCA International All Star Championship
Cheer Express All Stars - Miss Silver
Cheer Express Miss Silver took the top spot at the UCA International All Star Championship! They won the first-ever L6 Senior XSmall World Championship title in 2018 and are looking to take back what was once theirs! Coming in second behind Miss Silver was ATA GeneSIX and Cheer Florida All Stars Sea Warriors took home third.
Prelims for the Level 6 Senior XSmall division will take place on April 23rd followed by Semi-Finals on Sunday and Finals wrapping up the competition on Monday, April 25th. Who will take home the Level 6 Senior XSmall title in 2022? Be sure to watch these teams take the floor LIVE only on FloCheer!
