Division History

In the world of Hip Hop, swag reigns supreme. There will be a massive number of athletes coming for those Worlds rings, but only a select few will be victorious.

The Open Male Hip Hop division is unlike any other. When these all-male teams take the floor you're sure to see powerful, aggressive, and crisp movements throughout the choreography. You'll see personality in the dynamic motions, tricks, and formation changes that will leave you wowed.

The Open Male Hip Hip competition began at The Dance Worlds in 2013 as an International division. Now, 10 years later, three teams will meet in Florida in hopes of claiming the Open Male Hip Hop championship title.

GOLD: Stars Vipers - San Antonio - King Serpents

Final Score: 90

Stars Vipers is a well-known all star cheerleading gym based out of San Antonio, Texas, that continuously places at the top of their divisions at The Cheerleading Worlds. Today, Stars Vipers made history at the World Championship but this time it wasn't one of their cheerleading teams making a statement.

Stars Vipers brought their first-ever team to compete at The Dance Worlds and the King Serpents are taking home the gym's first-ever World Championship title! 

King Serpents took the floor to compete in the very competitive Open Male Hip Hop division and the Texas team is taking home the gold medals with a final event score of 90.

SILVER: EPA AllStars - KINGDOM

Final Score: 85.6

EPA AllStars - KINGDOM brought the swagger to the stage and took home the silver medals in 2021 with a hard-hitting routine featuring creative formations and high-flying tricks that grabbed the attention of the judges earning them a final score of 85.6. 

BRONZE: Adrenaline Allstars - HAVOC

Final Score: 83.2

Taking the final spot on the podium was HAVOC of Adrenaline Allstars scoring an 83.2 to earn the bronze medallions. The powerhouse program from Virginia previously took home the silver medallions in 2019 as well as 2018 and you can expect big things from them again this season as they work to earn a spot back on the podium for the fourth year in a row.
