The 2022-2023 all star season is just around the corner and we can't wait to see everyone back on the competition mat this fall! If you haven't heard the news yet, something big is coming to All Star.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗲 𝗯𝘆 𝗩𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿 is set to premiere in the Fall of 2022! The League is the official ranking system for the sport of All Star cheerleading and will be a season-long battle to the top that will crown champions and award $500K in awards and prizes!

Are you joining The League this season? Here are five things you should know before taking the competition mat!

1. Who Is In The League?

Everyone is in The League! There is no minimum requirement, but The League winner will be calculated by combining a team’s five highest points earned during the regular season. Maximize your chances of winning by competing at least five times at participating events.

2. What Are The Divisions Of The League?

The League includes avenues for Youth, Junior & Senior teams. The League combines all levels within each division below. This means that teams in Levels 1-6 will go head-to-head with League points during the season.

3. How Are Points Earned?

Events are assigned point values pre-season and teams can build their event schedule with these in mind. At the end of the season, your top 5 Varsity All Star event scores will be used to calculate your final rank.

4. Who Are You Competing Against?

Teams will be going head-to-head against other teams in their region. There are five regions in The League: Northeast, Midwest, Southeast, Southwest, and West.

5. How Are The Winners Crowned?

In total, 120 winners will be recognized from 1st – 3rd place across each region. One Champion will be crowned in each of the 5 regions across the 8 eligible divisions, meaning 40 champions will be awarded in total. Champions will win cash and prizes!
