You put your hands up. You put your hands down. You put your hands up and you jump all around. It might sound like the lyrics to the hokey pokey but it’s the instinctive choreography of every proud cheer coach.

The cheerleaders might be the stars of the show but the passion these coaches have for their athletes is something that doesn’t go unnoticed.
