When you are competing four different routines across multiple styles at The Dance Worlds, you don't have all day to get ready for each routine! 

The Energizers Dance Team told us they get ready for their performances in a flash so we decided to put them to the test.

The FloCheer team held a fun relay race with the dancers to find out which athletes were the fastest costume changers!
