The pyramid section of a routine is easily one of the most exciting but also most nerve-wracking to perform.

Screams of fans shouting "ONE, THREE, FIVE, SEVEN" followed by the roar of the crowd after a pyramid hits can stick in your head for days, especially after Worlds! Here are just a few of the must-watch pyramids from Worlds 2018!

Cheer Extreme Senior Elite

The pyramid queens of Senior Large All Girl left us in awe once again with one of the most intricate and mesmerizing pyramids at Worlds! Start at 2:19 and get ready to watch a masterpiece.

Cheer Express Miss Silver

With a team of only 11 girls on the mat, Miss Silver showed the world that you don't need a huge team to make a dynamic pyramid. Our favorite part to look out for is at 2:05 when the athletes back tuck to sponge & immediate layout to prone into a second group that kicks off the entire section!

Top Gun Lady Jags

The gold-winning ladies kept us fully entertained with level changes and formations that were incredible to watch from beginning to end. Keep an eye out for the clean transitions that still have a little Top Gun flair at 2:13.

Woodlands Elite Black Ops

The Black Ops finished their incredible season with a Bronze globe and a pyramid we will never forget! While the section technically begins during running tumbling (2:05), our favorite part is the bounce back to sponge which connected to create a structure that made the crowd go WILD!

The Stingray Allstars Steel

Large Coed means limitless opportunities to create incredible pyramid structures! Steel left nothing to the imagination with their uber creative transitions that were seen throughout the entire section. Watch for the part at 2:07 where the outside bases drop all that way to their backs & push the flyers back into immediate extensions - it's simply flawless.
