Steele Athletics Raises $3,000 For An Athlete In Need

Every year, Steele Athletics hosts a penny war competition within their gym with a goal of giving back. The Colorado program donates all the funds raised throughout the competition to a gym in need.

In the past, Steele Athletics has raised money for gyms like Woodlands Elite and Midwest Cheer. This year they are giving back to an athlete from Spirit Xtreme in Southlake, Texas, who was diagnosed with Leukemia.

The athletes from Steele Athletics went above and beyond to raise $3,000 to help Avery from Spirit Xtreme with her medical bills.

"Our annual penny wars charitable fundraiser this year was a huge hit! 'Good people first' is our motto and this year we were able to do a lot of good for a beautiful girl in need." - Owner, Brent Steele

Trophies and banners are fun, but the role of a cheerleader is about so much more. FloCheer salutes Steele Athletics for the incredible impact they are making on and off the mat!

Steele Athletics is challenging any other gym that wants to spread some good to consider doing a fundraiser for sweet Avery.
