Being on a worlds team is tough, and competing on Spirit of Texas' A-Team in particular adds pressure. Why? They've claimed world titles before, and have a coach and gym that holds them to the highest of standards -- B, B+, A-, no other grade will make the cut. This is A-Team and they're expected to earn their "A."

It's that time of year for A-Team...the first Full Out!
The season continues and the team makes huge improvements as they overcome the challenge of putting all of the pieces of the routine together for the first time.
Before one of the most important practices of the year, some of the girls take a trip to Canton, Texas, to see spend time in Piper's hometown. While it may not be what the girls from Dallas are used to, they enjoyed their outdoor adventures.
